Every hour is important and precious, because you are paid for this hour to communicate in English with a native speaker. In the allotted hours, you will be connected and engaged with an English facilitator from the UK in conversation through ‘Team’ or any other appropriate platform we will be directing you to connect from.

Your primary duty is to listen to the English speaker and replay, then start and maintain conversations with the language facilitator.

To encourage students to start speaking in ENGLISH is our target. Moreover, this will be monitored by a teacher from your Institution. This will help us to get feedback about the facilitator and students.

We will send you an email containing a detailed summary about the Do’s and Don’ts of that one hour with the language facilitator. Every country follows their own culture and way of worship. So, we must respect others and be very careful in dealing with and behaving with the language facilitator. Kindly follow our guidelines, so that there will be no misunderstanding on either side.

The allotted hours should be strictly utilized by the clients. We cannot allow the language facilitator to wait for us at the fixed time. The time in UK will be different from India. Therefore, the facilitators have to adjust according to our time and will be waiting for us.

If a change is required because of emergency, this is always worthy of consideration. However, apart from emergencies, let us know in advance if you require any changes. Once the students have completed the specified hours of this programme, we will provide you with an e-certificate for the students based on their performance. This may help their applications for future job and higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
